* Steps to take to make out of the burnout: analyze the situation - small stretch goal - Actions with reflection.

* Mindfulness reduces  stress and the risk of burnout

=> Make you curious instead of anxiety

=> Actively compassionate stance toward yourself

=> Exam the gathered information (What have you learned about your thought and what fuels them?)

* Make time for silence, sanctuary and solitude in your daily life 

=> Disconnect from technology

=> Spend time in nature

=> Build calm into our lives is solitude (journaling for 10 minutes before getting up in the morning)

* Seek out support and connection and set up a diverse network

* Create a personal mission statement will allow you to stay on track

=> What brings meaning to your life? Go back to your core and explore what your values are: Pick 5 values that are most important to you

=> Identify your unique skills: three top skills

=> Identify your meaningful pursuit: impact in your life

* Leaders should create a healthy, dynamic work environment

=> Allow employees a sense of agency (They feel in control of their workload and how to carry their tasks => Leaders to create clear expectations; reasonable demands and don't micromanage them + give honest feedback.

=> Create an equitable workplace: honesty and transparency

* Make a "to-don't" list
